- First you need IP Webcam click here to download.
- Now just download, install and open the app.
- Now just go to setting and open Mobile Hotspot.
- Now just connect others mobile or pc with wifi.
- Now just scroll down and now you can see CONNECTIONS SETTINGS.
- Now click on local broadcast and enter youe login password.
- Now just click on start server.
- Now your mobile camera will open and you can see a IP ADDRESSES below.
- Now just open browser in your others android and pc which you want.
- Now just enter ip address in address bar of your browser [ show on your old mobile ].
